Who should attend the Verisk Insurance Conference London?

Attendees range from seasoned professionals in senior roles, such as C-suite leaders and department heads, to emerging professionals eager to learn and grow. The conference also welcomes regulatory and compliance officers, insurers and reinsurers, brokers, and technology providers, creating a collaborative environment for exploring industry trends, innovative solutions, and market dynamics.
What is the Solutions Gallery, and when is it open?
Explore Verisk's industry-leading capabilities in our Solutions Gallery, featuring a wide range of products and innovations. Connect with Verisk experts and discover the latest advancements introduced at the conference. Your feedback on new design ideas, tools, and approaches can play a key role in shaping the future development and implementation of Verisk solutions. Why does my registration need to be approved?
Interest in VIC London continues to grow each year, and we’re excited to bring together passionate professionals from across the (re)insurance industry. The event is designed to facilitate structured networking and discussion among a limited group of industry participants.
All registrants will receive confirmation of attendance status by Friday, 28 August. We appreciate your patience and thank you for your interest in this exclusive experience.
How do I modify my registration?
Click 'Already registered' in the top right corner of the page, just below the 'Register now' button. Enter the email address you used to register and your confirmation number. If you can’t find your confirmation number, click 'Forgot your confirmation number?' from the pop-up. Once logged in, click the 'Modify registration' button. Make any necessary changes, clicking the 'Next' button at the bottom of each page to continue. When you're done, click 'Submit' on the Summary page to save your updates.
How do I build my agenda?
Once your registration is confirmed, log in to Attendee Hub to build your agenda! When prompted, enter your first name, last name, and the email address you registered with, and click 'Next.' You will receive a 6-digit code via email and mobile. Enter the code in the Verification code box on your screen, then click 'Log in.'
Click the 'Add sessions to agenda' button, or access 'All Sessions' from the Schedule header. Browse available sessions and select 'Add' next to any session you'd like to attend. Your selected sessions will automatically appear in 'My Schedule.' Click 'Remove' to remove a session from your schedule.
I won't be able to attend and need to cancel my registration. Would it be possible to send someone else in my place?
To preserve the curated nature of this experience and foster meaningful connections, registrations are non-transferable, and each attendee must register individually. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration so we can extend the opportunity to someone on our waitlist. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to welcoming you to a future event.

What is the recommended conference attire?
The suggested dress code for the conference is smart casual. Since meeting room temperatures vary, we recommend dressing in layers.

Where is VIC London 2026?
VIC London will take place at Convene 133 Houndsditch in the northeastern corner of London. Conveniently situated within walking distance of Liverpool Street and Bank Station, it is easily accessible via public transportation. Download directions.

When you exit the station, turn right and then turn right again onto St Botolph’s Row, walking past St Botolph’s Aldgate. Turn left onto St Botolph’s Street and then turn right onto Houndsditch. Convene 133 Houndsditch is on the right. - Central, Circle, Elizabeth, Metropolitan, or Hammersmith & City to Liverpool Street Station
When you exit the station, turn right onto Liverpool Street. Turn right onto Bishopsgate and then turn left onto Houndsditch. Convene 133 Houndsditch is on the left. - Central, Northern, Waterloo & City to Bank Station
Take Exit 3 out of the station to Threadneedle Street, continue onto Bishopsgate, and turn right onto Camomile Street. Follow Camomile Street to the left, which will lead onto Houndsditch. Convene 133 Houndsditch is on the left.

What is the data sharing policy?
To support secure and efficient event administration, Verisk will share your first name, last name, and email address with the event venue operator, Convene, acting as a service provider, for the purposes of event access management. You will be sent a QR code for event check‑in and entry from noreply@bluepoint.uk.com. If you do not have a QR code, event staff will check you in manually, which could result in delays during peak times. Your personal data will be processed solely for event‑related purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Convene’s Privacy Notice.
What is the event filming/photography notice?
Clear signage explaining that photography, audio, and video recording will take place during the event for various purposes, such as event reporting, internal communications, or marketing, will be displayed at the venue. Verisk processes this information on the basis of its legitimate interest to promote and document its events. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform event staff, who will accommodate such requests where possible by advising on seating or standing areas outside the line of sight of cameras. However, Verisk cannot fully control or prevent recording by third parties, so complete exclusion from all recordings may not be possible.
What is the health and safety policy?
Verisk is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all Verisk Insurance Conference London 2026 participants. We work closely with the Convene 133 Houndsditch staff to ensure effective health and safety protocols are in place prior to and during the event. We all share the responsibility for a safe and healthy event—the event organiser, the venue, and all participants.
As part of your responsibility as a participant, if you are not feeling well, please let a member of the Verisk team know without delay. Please do not attend any events if you are feeling unwell. If an attendee needs assistance or medical attention or becomes aware of a potential safety or security issue, immediately notify a member of the Verisk Insurance Conference London 2026 staff and contact Verisk’s Global Protection Services by emailing eventsecurity@verisk.com.
What is the event code of conduct?
Verisk is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all meeting and event participants. All participants, including but not limited to attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, staff, and service providers, must abide by our Verisk Attendee Code of Conduct, which applies to all Verisk meeting-related events, including those sponsored by organisations other than Verisk but held in conjunction with Verisk events, either in public or private facilities.
