Complete the registration process online. Your credit card payment must accompany your registration. Please complete a separate registration form for each person attending.
We’ll send a confirmation e-mail after you submit your registration. Please keep your confirmation e-mail; it’s also your only receipt. If you don’t receive confirmation, please contact the registration coordinator at email@example.com.
The registration fee includes the opening reception, two breakfasts, two lunches, and refreshments, as well as all conference materials. Travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant. Payment must accompany your registration form. Online registration is available until September 20. If you’re attending as a substitute for someone who’s already registered, you must complete a registration form, indicating the name of the person you’re replacing. To include you in the preregistration attendee list, we must receive your registration by September 20.
To receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must notify us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than August 21. If you cancel between August 22 and September 20, you’ll receive a refund less a $150 administration fee. We regret that we cannot provide refunds for requests received after September 20. However, you may substitute an attendee at any time. Refer to the registration policy for arranging substitutes.
